Suite F was built-out as an architectual office with lots of windows, six office cubicles, a conference room, a work room, a mechancial room, and a reception area. The space is approximately 16 ft. wide at the front and 32 ft. wide in the rear, and 100 ft. deep. The reception area has an extra mini-split wall air-conditioner. There is break area with a sink, dishwasher, etc., and two handicap-size restrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and fully fire-sprinklered.
